EASC 105 Oceanography and the Marine Environment This introductory course explores the oceans of the world, the living organisms of the ocean, and the vast mineral wealth of the ocean floor. New discoveries in the ocean sciences are discussed. The dynamic, growing field of oceanography and the physical, chemical, and biological aspects of oceans are investigated.
